🚀Getting Started

Simply sign up for a free account, upload your first invoice (PDF, PNG, or JPG), and our AI will extract all the data in seconds. No training or setup required.

We support PDF, PNG, JPG, and JPEG files. For best results, ensure your documents are at least 300 DPI and clearly visible.

Most invoices are processed in under 30 seconds. Complex multi-page documents may take slightly longer but rarely exceed 1 minute.

🔐Account & Security

Click on 'Forgot Password' on the sign-in page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a password reset link. The link expires in 24 hours for security.

Yes, we use bank-grade AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. We're SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant. Your data is never shared with third parties.

Yes! Go to Settings > Security to enable 2FA. We support authenticator apps like Google Authenticator and Authy.

Team features are available on Pro and Enterprise plans. Go to Settings > Team and click 'Invite Member'. Enter their email and select their role (Admin, Editor, or Viewer).

📄Extraction & Processing

Ensure your invoice is high quality (300 DPI recommended), not skewed, and in a supported format (PDF, PNG, JPG). If issues persist, try re-uploading or contact support with the invoice for manual review.

We extract vendor information (name, address, contact), invoice details (number, date, due date), line items (description, quantity, price), and totals (subtotal, tax, discounts, total amount).

Yes, all extracted fields are editable. Simply click on any field to modify it. Your corrections also help improve our AI for future extractions.

Confidence scores indicate how certain our AI is about each extracted value. Scores above 95% are highly reliable. Lower scores suggest you should verify the extraction manually.

💳Billing & Plans

Go to Settings > Billing in your dashboard. Click 'Upgrade Plan' and select your desired plan. Your new plan will be activated immediately and you'll be charged a prorated amount.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Billing. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

You'll receive a notification when you reach 80% and 100% of your limit. Additional documents are charged at overage rates, or you can upgrade to a higher plan for better value.

Yes! All new accounts start with a 14-day free trial that includes 100 document extractions. No credit card required to start.

🔗Integrations & Export

Go to Documents and select the extractions you want to export. Click 'Export' and choose your format: CSV, Excel (.xlsx), or JSON.

Go to Settings > Data & Privacy and click 'Export All Data'. You'll receive a download link via email containing all your invoices and extracted data in JSON format.

We support webhooks for custom integrations, and are actively building native integrations with QuickBooks, Xero, Google Sheets, and Zapier. Enterprise customers can request custom integrations.

Yes! Pro and Enterprise plans include API access. Go to Settings > API Keys to generate your API key and access our documentation.
